The Awards carry three simple briefs; People, Places, Things.

Curators, James Eckersley, Neil Harniman & Paul Hill, will select a Best in Category relating to each category plus an overall Best in Show.

The announcement of the AOP's Student Awards falls on the day of the AOP's 32nd Photography Awards. Countless photographers have built their careers on the kudos of winning an AOP Award, in terms of both publicity and recognition amongst their peers. The Student Awards offers an excellent springboard for an aspiring photographer.

The Awards are open to all students who are studying a course that includes photography (this may not necessarily be a full-time photography course)
